VRSVS
Product, UI/UX, development and management back-office.
VRSVS is a real-time fan judging platform for action sports. The crowd scores runs during the competition, their scores are compared with the official judges', and the event gains a layer of measurable engagement. Unslash designed and built the product end to end: the marketing site, the fan platform and the management back-office.

// The brief
A product, not a page
The goal was not to ship a website but a product usable in live event conditions: a fan scans a QR code, votes within seconds as a rider drops in, and compares their gut feeling with the official score.
Three constraints framed the whole build: no impact on the competition or the official judging, zero friction for the fan (no complex sign-up, no app to install), and a deployment reusable from one event to the next, under each organiser's own identity.
// What we built
Three building blocks, one product
The product landing
The public face of VRSVS: positioning, features, pricing and demo request. The signature ScoreCounter stages the voting moment, a live fan score facing the frozen judge score. Bilingual, SEO-ready and built to convert an organiser.
Live scoring as a second screen
The voting interface, opened run after run, on mobile and desktop. Timed voting window, score out of 100 or slider criteria, then a fan-versus-judge comparison. Configure, deploy, analyse: a flow built for event day, with no dead time.
The event management console
Where the organiser runs everything: competitions, phases, riders, judges, voting windows and live vote control. Results, judge scores, fan votes, rankings and data export, all in a single interface.
// White-label
One deployment, any number of events
Each event runs on its own subdomain and its own identity. Logo, colours and event name are swapped in without touching the code: one product base, redeployed from one organiser to the next in minutes.
// Method
How it is built
- Architecture
- Three decoupled blocks (site, fan platform, back-office) around a shared data core.
- Real-time
- Vote opening, scoring and fan / judge comparison updated live during the run.
- Frictionless
- Access via QR code or link, mobile-first, no install on the fan side.
- Reusable
- Subdomain deployment and per-event branding, with no rebuild.
// Live
In production, in real conditions
VRSVS was deployed in real conditions across the Freeride World Tour season, alongside the official live, then received a full redesign of its marketing site in 2026. It is now a living product, the first born out of the ActionSportTech studiolab, ready to open up to other events in white-label.
